Thank you for visiting my website. I would love to share with you my own personal spiritual healing journey.
As a young child I had an innate knowledge that the body can heal itself (not just emotionally, but also physically). However, as I grew older, I suppressed that knowledge in order to conform to society. I went about my life doing what most people do; school, marriage, kids, career, etc. Until all that came to a crashing halt after a life altering event in the autumn of 2004, which left me heartbroken and devastated.
My own personal journey of healing began that autumn. That was the beginning of my spiritual re-awakening through a deep depression & a dark night of the soul. It took many years of shadow work, soul searching (of researching different eastern philosophies, reading, meditation, spiritual groups, and studying the work of the late Dolores Cannon), & the use of hypnosis (instead of prescription meds) to gain my power back. To realize there is much more beyond what we are taught to believe by “normal modern society”. So I had come full circle back to my early childhood belief that I could heal myself.
Hypnosis was THE most powerful influence in pulling myself out of the dark abyss I’d been in for many years. It empowered me. It helped me realize I’m not a victim & that I have a say in what I think and how I allow things to affect my well-being.
And then one day I realized my true calling is to help others heal. To restore balance & harmony back into their lives, as I had done for myself. To assist and guide others in realizing they have the power to heal themselves & pull themselves out, too. I realized the traumatic events that had happened to me had a hand in my developing the compassion and understanding I needed in order to assist others in their journeys. I also realized helping others IS my life path and purpose. So I embraced this calling, and started on the path of the lightworker and healer.
I learned Usui Reiki & how to tap into my intuition. Then I moved on to certifications in Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) and Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH) – two spiritual types of hypnosis. I also became a certified life coach. Most recently, in 2021, I became a Certified Hypnotherapist (CHt), to further my understanding of how our subconscious works and to work with clients who want to heal themselves without including the spiritual aspect.
I am still on the journey myself, but my mission is to help as many people as I can to release blockages and to heal & transform themselves in the most natural way, so that they can enjoy life again and live it to the fullest.
I love helping others realize they have the power to heal themselves whether it be emotionally, spiritually, or physically. While each person’s path to healing is sacred and unique, it is always much easier when you have company along for the ride. As a hypnosis facilitator and life coach I have assisted many on their journey of healing and transformation through providing a safe and sacred space. I would love to assist you on your journey as well, so that you may find your power, your mission, your self-love, and create the life you’re meant to be living!

If you choose to have your session in person, my Greeneville office offers a safe & sacred space of unconditional love, where all judgement is set aside and all information is held in the utmost confidentiality.
During the pre-talk we sit in a comfortable & inviting setting so we get to know each other better. (Trust and relaxation are 2 main key components for any type of hypnosis).
For the hypnosis portion, you sit in a very comfortable zero gravity chair. I then turn the lights down while we explore the depths of your subconscious for safer, healthier ways to go about your life, and for information from your higher self/over soul for answers to the questions you can’t get anywhere else.
(If you choose online sessions, I still offer a safe & sacred space online, to communicate via Zoom.)
